“Neo-Past-Forward v.1.0” is a disjointed narrative of complex thoughts, emotions and contemporary discourse. Godard said, “The so-called ‘digital’ is not a mere technical medium, but a medium of thought. Yet theorists try to define our times through terms like Post-Internet, Post-Truth, and Post Reality, artists return to Praxis by directly engaging their environment through the creation of new philosophical labyrinths and continued détournement of etheric physical situations. Once what was common space and restricted to the city square has now become a public global sphere (Öffentlichkeit) of influence. As Jurgen Habermas stated, this space was “coextensive with public authority.” Today the public hypersphere has given agency to an inclusive borderless private/public dimension. A super modern avant-garde is investigating and challenging this public/private authority and opens new windows of opportunity in strategic attempts to create new meaning.

LIGHT YEAR is an ongoing public art video projection project presented monthly on the Manhattan Bridge Anchorage by 3_Search (a.k.a.: Leo Kuelbs Collection, Glowing Bulbs and John Ensor Parker) in collaboration with the DUMBO Business Improvement District and the NYC DOT. Originally created in celebration of the United Nations’ declaration of 2015 as the Year of Light and Light Art, LIGHT YEAR has hosted the work of over 150 artists and curatorsfrom around the world.

Project Fata Morgana (at 170 Torrstrasse) is a non nested group of international and inter disciplined artists and curators working often individually and seasonally collectively to explore the cross fertilization of ideas through various visual approaches and mediums. The uniqueness of Fata Morgana will be its stance as a non collective collective, with all members freely exploring their own individual ideologies, aesthetics and political views.

The International Fine Arts Consortium is an independent curatorial platform based in New York City and Athens Greece. IFAC is a semi-nomadic art project functioning in the real and virtual worlds through a broad based international network of artists, curators, advisors, collectors, and culture workers seeking to expand the dialogue in the arts and the avant garde. Since its inception in the 1990’s IFAC has organized hundreds exhibitions in over 20 countries, which have included thousands of emerging and established artists. IFAC and Lee Wells played key rolls in the formation and direction of Perpetual Art Machine (the Video Art Portal), Peanut Underground New York and was a curator at large at Scope Arts Fairs from 2005-2010.
